When your child has a chesty cough, it’s a distressing time for them and a worrying time for you. Benylin Children’s Chesty Cough Syrup has been specially formulated to effectively relieve children’s chesty coughs quickly without causing drowsiness.
Benefits & Features:
- Effectively relieves & soothes children’s chesty coughs quickly. Non-Drowsy.
Dosage:
- Do not exceed the stated dose.
- Children 6 to 12 years – Two 5ml spoonfuls 5 times a day. No more than 4 doses should be given in 24hours. Maximum daily dose: 40ml.
- Use only when simple measures have failed to provide adequate relief.
- Do not use for more than 5 days without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
- Do not take with any other cough and cold medicine.
- Not recommended for children under 6 years.
- For oral use.
Diabetics:
- This product contains approximately 1.8g sorbitol in each 5ml. It is unlikely to affect your diabetic control.
Warning:
- Do not take this product for persistent or chronic cough such as the one that occurs with asthma or if the cough is accompanied by excessive phlegm unless directed by a doctor.
- Do not store above 25 degrees celsius. Store in original container.
- Do not use if the bottle seal is broken when purchased.
- Keep bottle tightly closed in order to protect from moisture.
- Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
